Site-based surveyor on Wates Property Services' multi-client social housing planned maintenance programme, covering Worcester, Redditch and Swindon. Acts as technical lead for surveys, specifications and quality across occupied homes.
What they're looking for
- Planned maintenance or retrofit experience
- Occupied social housing experience
- Full UK driving licence
- HNC/HND/degree desirable
- RICS or CIOB membership desirable
- Tier 1 or 2 contractor desirable
