About the role
Asset Surveyor in Sanctuary's Property Services team, based in Cherwell, Banbury, covering sites across Banbury and Birmingham. Carries out stock condition surveys, inspections, disrepair cases and cyclical programme support for housing stock.
What they're looking for
- AssocRICS, MRICS, CIOB, degree, HND or HNC
- Or currently studying towards these
- Some building surveying experience
- Works to deadlines, prioritises workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Original certificates at interview
